Zoo Day

Thursday, November 5th, 2009

I spent part of the day drawing the animals at the Reid Park Zoo here in Tucson. Here are the results! Click to see larger versions.

Now that it’s finally cooling off here (sort of- it was still in the 90′s today!), I’m hoping to make it out to the zoo on a regular basis. Let’s see if it happens.

Gallery Updates and Book Releases

Friday, October 16th, 2009

Hey Everyone,

I’ve just learned that two Shadowrun RPG books that I contributed art to have been released. The first is for the 20th Anniversary book. Last year I did a black and white illustration of a black market arms dealer for the Arsenal supplement. They asked me to do a color version for the book. Below is the original black and white next to the newly colored version.

The second book is Seattle 2072, a full color Shadowrun supplement. Below are small versions of each image. Click on them to see a bigger version.

I’ve also updated the color gallery to the right with all of these images. So you can easily find them there in the future.

More updates soon!

Shadowrun: Seattle 2072

Thursday, August 13th, 2009

Hey All,

If you happen to be at or are going to GenCon this weekend be sure to stop by the Catalyst booth to pick up your copy of Shadowrun: Seattle 2072. It’s a new all-color title and I’ve contributed 3 images to the book.

I’m not sure when the book will hit stores but I’ll be sure to update here when it happens.

I’ll also update the galleries with the images when I can.

Print Pop opens tonight at Lulubell

Saturday, August 1st, 2009

The group show Print Pop has an opening reception tonight at Lulubell Gallery and Toy Bodega from 6 to 9 pm (near 6th and 6th in Tucson, AZ). As the title implies, it is a show made up entirely of prints. So if you are in the market for some affordable images come on out tonight.

I have three prints in the show and I’ve posted photos of them below. You may recognize them from previous posts.

DJ Jesus
11×15

Cooper & The Accordion Girl
13×17

Pimp Reaper & The Angels of Death
Set of 3, 8×13 each

If you can’t attend the show but still want to purchase copies of these prints, just visit my store.

Lulubell is the same gallery where Mad Science happened. So if you attended Mad Science, you have no excuse for not knowing where it is!

Thursday, July 23rd, 2009

Hello All,

The Disaster Tourism images from the Mad Science Gallery show are now up for sale at Lulubell’s online store. Not only can you purchase the original paintings but we’ve made all six images in the series available as prints for $40 each. Click on through and check it out!

Also, Lulubell is having a group show opening August 1st curated by Jerry Jordan. It’s called Print Pop and, as the title suggests, it will feature nothing but prints. I’m going to have 3 pieces in the show. So if you’re in the market from some affordable images, come to the opening August 1st from 6 to 9 pm!
